Chapter 2.The Macabre Oak Tree.

I cried out as the remnants of what was left in my heart tores its way out.The poison was working like how they had predicted.Racing against the clock and the inclement weather, with only one ambition in my mind, to reach the old macabre oak tree. The weather was preventing me from reaching my goal and so was the pain.I looked up and cursed the black sky.I was obviously ignored for the most obvious reasons. The rain was getting heavier and now being accompanied with thunderous roars through the night sky.I was being pelted heavily with the rain and it stung the open wound I had.It stung really bad.

The tree seemed so close, alas so far.Tearing through the intense wind was the only thing on my mind then.So deeply in trying to fight the wind and reaching my goal, that I had not noticed a shadow that was behind me and I believe it's intention was clear. For in it's hands it held a gleaming knife that seemed to be caked with blood. The once silver steel was now reduced to a metallic sour red.

All that mattered to me then was to reach the tired looking tree and sleep forever beside it.Just as I was about to reach the sanctuary where she once laid.I felt a sharp pain surge through my entire body, my killer had successfully reached me.I now dragged myself to crawl to the tree, bleeding heavily from two open wounds. An earlier one was going to be the cause of my death, now the second one was to ensure it.It said 'I wish for your death, your existence is pointless and simply I hate you for living. It said with cold emotion.I finally reached the tree.

My clothes a dark crimson red due to the incessant bleeding.I laid beside the tree and just as my eyes gave up on me.I saw my insistent killer. She smiled.I smiled at her.
